First and foremost Thank You! I truly appreciate your support and I’m thrilled that my art will be going to someone who appreciates it as much as I do. To help me ensure that the artwork arrives safely here’s some things to follow and some guidelines if things need troubleshooting.

• Shipping Prices are reflected in the price of the artwork or product. If you are local to Raleigh, NC or Wake Forest, NC please email me at jamielejealpaintings@gmail.com. Local pickup is an option and will reduce the price of the piece if you’re interested.

• Art will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking and insurance or via FED EX depending on size. If there is an issue after receiving the order please contact me within 3 business days of delivery. Failure to notify within that timeframe will void replacement based on shipment insurance policy.

• Please Double Check order confirmation to ensure the correct address is listed. Jamie LeJeal Paintings accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.

• Large items will require signature upon delivery.

• Small and flat canvas panel paintings will be shipped via bubble mailers with protective packaging.

• Shipments will be insured by the shipping provider. If items arrive damaged or are lost in transit please contact jamielejealpaintings@gmail.com. Photo documentation of damaged goods will be required for refunds. Shipping costs for returning the damaged items will be the customer’s responsibility.

• In most cases all sales are final, but if you wish to return an item please email me at jamielejealpaintings@gmail.com and we can discuss options. Shipping costs for returns will be the customer’s responsibility and refund of money will depend upon condition of item once returned. Packaging used to send the item can be reused if in good condition.
